2. Data we process
Account and company data at registration; content of your prompts and requests including the offer-request form; contract, order and invoicing data; technical access data (IP address, timestamp, browser, server logs).

3. Purposes and legal bases
Providing the platform and performing the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); legal obligations (point (c)); legitimate interests such as security (point (f)); consent, e.g. for newsletters (point (a)).

4. Hosting and web fonts
Processing in data centres within the EU. Web fonts are served locally from our servers, with no third-party font CDNs.

5. Cookies and reach measurement
Strictly necessary cookies under Section 25(2) TDDDG. After consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) we use Google Analytics 4 on ginavra.com (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) for reach measurement. This may process pages visited, events, approximate location/device information, referrer, technical identifiers, IP address and timestamps; Google may process data in third countries. Cookies such as _ga and _gid may be set. User-related event data in Google Analytics is stored for at most 14 months. Albrecht-Apps.com analytics tools (Google Tag Manager and marketing tags loaded through it) are not loaded on Ginavra. Withdraw consent via cookie settings.

6. Recipients
Service providers such as Stripe (payments), domain registries, email delivery and, after consent, Google Ireland Limited (Analytics), under data-processing agreements pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR or appropriate safeguards for third-country transfers.

7. Retention
Data is stored for as long as required for the contract or by statutory retention periods.

8. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.

§ 1 Scope, B2B only
These terms govern contracts for Ginavra.com between Albrecht Apps GmbH and its customers. The offer is directed exclusively at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 BGB.

§ 2 Subject matter
Ginavra is a SaaS platform for creating and changing websites through natural-language instructions, with review, approval, publishing and rollback.

§ 3 Early-bird offer
(1) Available only if purchased by 31 August 2026.
(2) Yearly prices incl. VAT: Early Bird Starter €497 (regular planned €1,497), Early Bird Business €1,697, Ginavra Expert €1,997.
(3) Packages include unlimited workspaces; domains in total (Starter 1, Business 2, Expert 4); prompts/month (100 / 300 / 600); conversion tips/month in total (1 / 3 / 10); Expert additionally 4 expert sessions of 45 minutes, action plan and reviews.
(4) 12 months from workspace activation, not purchase date. Launch planned 1 September 2026.
(5) Full refund if launch does not occur by the guaranteed date; plus 30-day money-back from go-live.
(6) Roadmap dates are targets; material changes communicated transparently.

§ 4 Domains
Standard domains per the domain price list. Additional domains can be added; newer/pricier extensions billed on top.

§ 5 Prices and payment
Prices incl. VAT, payable yearly in advance via Stripe.

§ 6–§ 10
Customer obligations, availability/support, liability (no revenue guarantee), term without automatic renewal at Early-Bird Price, German law, place of jurisdiction Osnabrück where permissible.
